Reflection

TGC 1.1 : Think critically and creatively

Exploring environmental factors and passive design strategies for comfort highlighted the need to apply theories in practice. Understanding how theory translates into real-world solutions in architecture emphasized the importance of bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application.

TGC 1.3 : Understand professional practice within the field of study

As I delved into understanding building regulations and sustainability rating tools while relating environmental design considerations with local authorities, I realized the significance of grasping professional practice within the field of study. This experience highlighted the crucial role that regulatory frameworks play in architecture and emphasized the importance of navigating them effectively to implement sustainable design principles.
