The 'Building Construction and Materials' module is designed to provide us with a comprehensive understanding of building construction fundamentals and materials used in small to medium-sized projects. It covers both the substructure and superstructure, focusing on key materials such as concrete, masonry, timber, metal, and glass. We will learn about each material's production methods, properties, and typical uses in construction. To achieve the module’s goals, we will participate in continuous assessments, including assignments and tutorial activities.
