Project 2
Sketching Analysis - Individual ( 25% )
The project requires us to conduct comprehensive research and perform an architectural analysis on a chosen building. Each of us is tasked with selecting five buildings from the provided list. An A4 Sketches booklet should be done in documenting the heritage buildings (coloured).
Final Outcomes
Reflection
TGC 1.1 : Able to put theories into practice

Participating in the research analysis process was a journey of applying theories to real-world scenarios. We learned to organize and present information effectively, combining illustrations and text with thoughtful design layout composition. This experience underscored the practical side of our theoretical knowledge, emphasizing the importance of seamlessly integrating theory and practice in the field of study.
TGC 3.1 : Think critically and creatively

Exploring architectural precedents and the principles of heritage design has sharpened our critical and creative thinking. Learning from historical examples and engaging in diagramming not only deepens our understanding of form, space, and order but also cultivates a mindset that thinks critically and creatively. This experience enhances not only our approach to heritage design but also our broader skills in architectural problem-solving.
